Cancellation Policy

WAIVER OF LIABILITY & RELEASE I, the undersigned participant (or parent/guardian if under 18), understand that participation in any sport or physical activity at Full Count Development involves a degree of risk, including but not limited to injury, illness, or death. I hereby voluntarily assume full responsibility for all risks associated with participation, whether occurring on or off the premises. I agree to RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE, and HOLD HARMLESS Full Count Development, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action—whether foreseen or unforeseen—for personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death that may arise from my participation in programs, training, rentals, or any activity conducted by or at the facility. I certify that: • I am physically fit and have not been advised otherwise by a qualified medical professional. • I have read, understand, and agree to follow all facility rules, policies, and staff instructions. ________________________________________ REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY At Full Count Development, we understand that schedules change and unexpected issues arise. We aim to be fair and transparent with our refund and cancellation policies. Note: All refunds are subject to a 10% processing fee unless otherwise stated. 1. Program Registrations (Camps, Clinics, Training Programs) • Full Refund: If cancellation is made 7 or more days before the program start date. Subject to a 10% processing fee. • No Refund: If cancellation is made less than 72 hours before the program start date, or once the program has begun. • Medical Refunds: May be granted with a doctor’s note. • All other cases will be reviewed and handled on a case-by-case basis. 2. Facility Rentals (Cages, Fields, Meeting Spaces) • 100% Refund: If cancelled 72+ hours in advance. Subject to a 10% processing fee. • No Refund: If cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled rental time. • All other cases will be reviewed and handled on a case-by-case basis. 3.
